Our September speaker will be Adam Laughton who draws on his experiences from Frome Arts Festival and Wiltshire Music Centre.
"Bringing communities together through arts and culture."
From 7pm Wednesday 27th September at the Dandy Lion
Drawing on experiences in his roles delivering concerts and activities at Wiltshire Music Centre and Frome Festival, Adam Laughton explores the role that accessible arts and culture has in bringing together communities and towns. He will also share ideas about how to broaden participation and attract new, non-traditional audiences.
The talk will highlight the importance of maintaining arts as a fixture of communities in order to improve wellbeing, cohesion and local pride.
Bradford Talks are normally fully booked so please don’t delay and reserve your place!
Arrive from 0700pm and the first thirty minutes or so will be a chance to have a drink and have some chats.
We will start at 0730pm and finish no later than 0830pm.
After the talk, feel free to stay as long as you want.
Any questions, please get in touch with Jim Hughes or Andrew Eberlin.
