Reminder: Our next Bradford on Avon Business Breakfast will be on Friday (15th September) at The Weaving Shed
Bradford on Avon Business is delighted to be returning to The Weaving Shed on Friday 15th September (08.00 - 09.30 am) for our first breakfast after the summer break. Ticket sales close at 8pm on Wednesday (13th)
All local businesses are very welcome and if you haven’t come along before please do join us…..You are guaranteed a very warm welcome!
The format remains the same as before: No speeches, no name badges, no referrals - just informal, welcoming and friendly networking.
We hope you can make some space to join us and/or forward this invite onto friends and colleagues.
Please note: We will again be hosted by our friends at the Weaving Shed and they, like all of us, are only a small business who need to know exactly what to cater for well in advance – so we just can’t accept any walk-ins on the day.
Bookings and refunds
Please pre-book before 8 pm on WEDNESDAY 13th September – when Eventbrite (who manage bookings and then pay the venue) will automatically close for bookings and refunds.
Don’t forget to reserve your place for the September Bradford Talk on Wednesday 27 September at 7 pm at The Dandy Lion!
Speaker
Our September speaker will be Adam Laughton on Bringing communities together through accessible arts and culture.
About The Talk
Drawing on experiences in his roles delivering concerts and activities at Wiltshire Music Centre and Frome Festival, Adam explores the role that accessible arts and culture has in bringing together communities and towns. He will also share ideas about how to broaden participation and attract new, non-traditional audiences.
The talk will highlight the importance of maintaining arts as a fixture of communities in order to improve wellbeing, cohesion and local pride.
